We are united by a common urge to support the country's recovery in compliance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and effective use of funds during the large-scale reconstruction of Ukraine.

Since the Business Ombudsman Council has been promoting these principles in long-term work with Ukrainian business, the team is ready to share its own expertise with RISE Ukraine.

"You have to prepare for everything. And to recovery as well, although the economy of martial law may challenge us with more urgent tasks for now. That is why our team of lawyers is ready to share with the RISE Ukraine Coalition their experience in ensuring integrity and fairness in relations between business and the state," says Business Ombudsman Roman Vashchuk.

Within the partnership framework, the Council's experts will join working groups on priority areas such as the institutional architecture of reconstruction, the electronic system of reconstruction management and monitoring, and the promotion of best practices.

In particular, the Business Ombudsman Council will work on priority reforms, draft laws, and the creation of a full-fledged electronic reconstruction management system.
